It was an intimate affair with only family and closest friends around. The bride was so shy, I had to repeatedly coax her to walk down the short aisle in the resto. But, it was worth it as she stood beside her groom. Basking in the glow of the sunset, they said their personalized vows before the judge.
Yes, it was a civil wedding. But there was a ceremony and a reception. So still like a church wedding. Except that a judge presided, instead of a priest/ pastor.
